CHAOS REBORN: GODS

OLD GODS:
Most of the gods of old Earth died shortly before or during the Great Schism. Some believe that it was the death of so many gods which caused or allowed the destruction of old Earth. Whatever the truth of the Great Schism's cause, few doubt that at least a few of the surviving gods provided help which now allows humanity to endure among the fragmented realms. Avatars of some elder gods are depicted here.

NEW GODS:
Wizards with both great ambition and power seek to become gods. Since the Great Schism, new gods have ascended to replace old gods who did not survive.
